Our weekly calls help students focus on big-picture growth and achieve their academic targets. Each term, we’ll help you identify a subject you want to improve in and set a clear, actionable goal.
For example: “Boost your English mark from a C to a B.”
Each week, your coach will guide you with specific actions to stay on track. They’ll teach study techniques, keep you accountable for submitting corrections, and encourage booking subject calls for additional help.
Our Team Leader reviews progress at regular intervals to ensure you’re on the right path.
Coaching Program STEP TWO
With our Automatic Improvement Method, students don’t have to submit assignments and “hope for the best.”

Our coaches use video calls, screen-sharing, and digital tablets for a seamless experience—just like being 1-on-1 with a tutor, but with the added benefit of having a recording of each call.
With access to most subjects and quick booking within 24-48 hours, you’ll get the support you need without the high costs or long wait times of traditional tutoring.
Our coaches go through a rigorous selection process to ensure they’re the best fit for helping students succeed. Here’s what sets them apart:
Extensive Screening: We receive numerous applications, but we only hire 1 out of every 100 applicants. Our coaches meet three strict criteria:
Proven Academic Success: They must have demonstrated excellence in their field.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Academic achievements alone aren’t enough; if a coach can’t communicate effectively, even two PhDs won’t help students. Communication is essential to us.
Successful Track Record with Students: We look for coaches with a proven history of helping students improve. This includes two rounds of interviews and checking references from students they’ve tutored previously.
Training: Every coach completes a six-week training program, where they learn the unique strategies we’ve developed over 21 years.
Ongoing Support and Quality Checks: Once they begin, each coach is assigned a Team Leader who reviews call recordings and holds weekly one-on-one meetings to continuously refine their coaching skills.
High-Quality Standards: Since launching call ratings, we’ve had over 3,000 calls, with 94% rated 4 or 5 stars.
